What’s Inside Bec’s All Rounder Kit?

4-19 minutes of super achievable results. That's what's in there!

I am going to be honest with you all here. No BS. There are times, more often than not sometimes, where stress and "busy" are totally out of control for me. I am no different to you all. Life can snowball into a whirlwind of school runs, work, and everything in between. At this point, I lose my marbles. I know, when this happens, I've let it get to far and I got to get this train back on the tracks. Having a simple self-care ritual can make all the difference — even when it feels like it is not enough to make a difference.

That’s why Bec’s All Rounder Kit brings together three of our most-loved products—Magnesium Cream, Calm Spray, and Dream Sea Soak—each chosen for their unique benefits and designed to support busy mums (and anyone who needs a little extra care) — which doesn't require lots of time. Just a tid bit here and there each day to get you out of the trenches and shining again.

Let’s break down what makes each product special—and how the science stacks up.

1. Magnesium Cream: Muscle Relief & Daily Comfort

What it does:

Our Magnesium Cream is your go-to for soothing tired muscles, easing tension, and nourishing your skin. It’s rich, fast-absorbing, and gentle enough for daily use.

Why it works:

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in your body—including muscle function, nerve health, and energy production (NIH, 2022). Research shows that magnesium can help relieve muscle cramps and soreness, making it a must-have for active mums or anyone on their feet all day (de Baaij et al., 2015).

How to use:

Massage into areas of tension—like neck, shoulders, or legs—morning or night, or whenever you need a little relief.

⏱️ 2 minutes

2. Calm Spray: Instant Relaxation & Stress Support

What it does:

Calm Spray is your portable moment of calm. Infused with magnesium and soothing essential oils (cedarwood and rose geranium), it’s designed to help you reset, relax, and manage stress on the go.

Why it works:

Magnesium helps regulate your body’s stress response and supports relaxation (Boyle et al., 2017). Cedarwood oil has been shown to have calming, anxiolytic effects, while rose geranium oil is known for reducing anxiety and improving mood (Zhang et al., 2021; Fakhravar et al., 2021).

How to use:

Spritz onto pulse points, neck, or shoulders whenever you need to de-stress—whether it’s the school run, a tough meeting, or winding down in the evening.

⏱️ 2 minutes

3. Dream Sea Soak: Restful Sleep & Mindful Wind-Down

What it does:

Dream Sea Soak transforms your bath into a dreamy, mineral-rich escape. With pure magnesium, sandalwood, and bergamot, it’s perfect for relaxing your body and prepping your mind for restful sleep.

Why it works:

Magnesium supports sleep by calming the nervous system and relaxing muscles (Abbasi et al., 2012). Sandalwood oil has sedative effects, helping reduce wakefulness and increase NREM sleep (Rohloff & Dräger, 2023). Bergamot oil has been shown to relieve psychological stress and improve sleep quality (Kawada et al., 2023).

How to use:

Add a generous scoop to a warm bath and soak for 10–20 minutes before bed, or use as a gentle scrub in the shower for a quick reset.

⏱️ 15 minutes

Time's Up

That is 19 minutes for the day. 19 minutes.

You don't have to do a bath every day. I don't.

But I do try to once a week.

So that is 19 minutes 1 day a week.

All other days- 4 minutes. Max. That is very achievable when you break it down like that.
