All orders are processed Monday to Friday and are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. Processing times may be extended with public holidays. Tracking information is sent to you within 24 hours. 


All orders of 3+ products receive free standard shipping Australia wide. You will receive your unique tracking code where you can see where your package is. Standard Shipping lead time is 2-4 business days from the date your order has been shipped.

We offer express shipping within Australia for a flat fee of $15. You will receive your unique tracking code where you can see where you parcel is. 


We offer FREE International DHL Express Shipping for all orders over $99. For all orders under $99, we charge a flat fee of $19. The shipping time frame for international orders is 2-5 business days with full tracking available (business. days do not include public holidays and weekends). This does not include processing delays by the shipping carrier which unfortunately is out of our control! 


International customers may be required to pay customs fees and or sales tax on the products received. All additional charges including taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Each country has different fees and regulations. We suggest contacting your local customs office to get the details of any charges you may incur. SALT + EARTH is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for all original charges of product and shipping, the return delivery fee, any additional charges or taxes and you will not be entitled to a refund. If you have a change of address request and lodge it with Sendle, Australia Post or DHL, SALT + EARTH is not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages in the delivery process. If you have a change of address request, please contact SALT + EARTH via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. Once your order is shipped, we can not make any changes to your delivery address. If you have any questions, please reach out to us SALT + EARTH is not responsible for any stolen packages or delays in transit.
