Shipping Destinations
Salt + Earth ships far and wide.
Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and many other destinations around the world.
If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, simply head to checkout and your shipping options will be displayed.
Processing Times
We know you're excited to receive your order, so we work hard to get it out the door quickly.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
During public holidays, promotional periods or busy sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow its journey.
Australian Standard Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide on orders containing 3 or more products.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can keep an eye on its progress.
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Australian Express Shipping
Need it sooner?
We offer Express Shipping Australia-wide for a flat rate of $15.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

International DHL Express Shipping
We offer FREE DHL Express Shipping on all international orders over $99 AUD.
Orders under $99 AUD incur a flat shipping fee of $19 AUD.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days.
All international orders include full tracking.
Please note that shipping estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, customs processing delays or carrier-related delays outside our control.
International Taxes And Customs Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Because every country has different regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office if you're unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Salt + Earth is not responsible for customs fees, taxes or import duties charged after dispatch.
If an order is refused due to customs charges, original shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping fees may apply, customs charges may still be payable, and a refund may not be available.

Extra Info
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address.
If you request an address change directly through Australia Post, Sendle, DHL or another carrier, Salt + Earth cannot be responsible for lost, delayed or incorrectly delivered parcels resulting from those changes.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Salt + Earth is not responsible for stolen parcels or carrier delays once a parcel has been dispatched.

Public Holidays
Orders are not processed, packed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
