Daily is ideal. Many people use it once or twice per day.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
Yes. Our BODY Collection products are commonly used throughout pregnancy and postpartum. We don't receommend the DREAM or the CALM products for pregnancy. As always, speak with your healthcare practitioner if you have concerns.
Can children use it?
Absolutely! Many families use Salt + Earth products with children. In fact, these products were formulated and tested on my own kids! Always patch test first.
Why does magnesium sometimes feel itchy?
The itch is not a sign that you're deficient. It simply occurs because magnesium chloride can feel irritating on some skin types, especially when skin is dry, freshly shaved or sensitive. The sensation usually settles quickly.
