Trading sleep for knowledge, over 12 months, Bec dove deeper into the world of little humans and their unique needs.

Naturopath graduation + first magnesium cream.

Armed with herbal wisdom and a knack for blending botanicals, Bec started formulating bespoke creams in clinic—especially for mums and mums-to-be.

One day, a pregnant patient I was treating couldn’t find a magnesium cream without essential oils. Challenge accepted. The first Salt + Earth magnesium cream was born, right there in the clinic, with a “let’s make this better” spirit that still guides us.

Word spread. Patients started asking for “that cream” and “those sprays.” They flew off the shelves. Bec kept blending, bottling, and hand-labelling, fuelled by gratitude (and a little chaos).

More study, more science, more babies.

Paediatrics, women’s pelvic health, and pregnancy became Bec’s specialty. Every new insight made its way into the next batch—always crafted with real clinical experience, for real families.

Wholesale debut.

Salt + Earth Co. magnesium products started popping up in clinics across Australia. Practitioners loved them, patients loved them, and Bec realized: maybe this little secret shouldn’t be so secret anymore.
