Add a decent handful of sea soak to your warm bath. Allow yourself to relax in the bath for 10-15mins and soak up the magnesium goodness. Repeat 1-2 times a week.

PELARGONIUM GRAVEOLENS (ROSE GERANIUM) OIL
Rose geranium oil may have a balancing effect on the nervous system leading to a reduction in depression and anxiety. It may also lift the energy and reduce stress as it has a balancing effect on the adrenal cortex.
