DREAM ROUTINE
Massaging into your muscles where you feel tension, on your neck and shoulders may help you to slip into a restful sleep. Apply an hour before bedtime
Use on your body where you feel tensions and tightness. Apply to the area with slow circular motions to massage it in. Use twice daily.
Apply to the base of the neck and the shoulder region if you are feeling tension in the head region. This may be helpful in melting those tensions away. Apply 2-3 time daily
