If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

But if your product arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t substantially as described, we’ll take reasonable steps to make it right. That may include a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Please choose carefully before placing your order, as we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or something isn’t right, please email us as soon as possible.

Include your order number, details of the issue and photos where relevant so we can help quickly.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Unless returning the product would be substantially burdensome, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Can I return a product bought from a stockist?

If you purchased your Salt + Earth product from one of our stockists, please contact that store directly.

Their team will be able to help with replacement, exchange or refund options in line with their own store policies.

When will my refund be processed?

If a refund is approved, we’ll let you know the next steps and keep you updated.

Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
