MAGNESIUM ROUTINE
Apply to your entire body for instant hydration and magnesium absorption. Light-weight, fast-absorbing and full of magnesium. For best results, apply twice per day.
Use on your body where you feel tensions and tightness. Apply to the area with slow circular motions to massage it in. Use twice daily.
Apply to the base of the neck and the shoulder region if you are feeling tension in the head region. This may be helpful in melting those tensions away. Apply 2-3 time daily
Muscle Relaxer: Massaging into your muscles where you feel tension may be helpful in reducing the tension you feel in that area. For best results, apply twice daily.

MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE
The star of the show that has many actions. One of these is where magnesium plays an important role in your nervous system by helping to activate systems that quiet and calm you. It does this by helping to regulate neurotransmitters that are responsible for sleep.
MACADAMIA SEED OIL
A fantastic regeneranative oil that is high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids. It contains Palmitoleic acid (promotes young soft skin), as well as omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids making it one of the best types of oils to pair with our magnesium.
SOYA BEAN OIL
Soya Bean Oil has strong anti-oxidant properties that are great for improving skin health. These anti-oxidant properties help to protect skin cells from free radical damage and keep the skin healthy and young.
BEESWAX
